Conditions of digital care, outpatient appointment rules, and clinical disclaimers.

1. Mandatory NMC Medical Disclaimer (Para 7)

The health educational articles, condition guides, and medical descriptions published on vruksho.health are provided exclusively for general awareness and public health literacy.

Legal Warning: Website content does NOT constitute formal medical advice, definitive clinical diagnosis, or a prescribed course of treatment. Reading this website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) regarding any acute symptoms or personal medical questions.

22. Emergency Medical Care Exclusion

Vruksho Health Care's website booking and WhatsApp triage channels are designed solely for scheduled, elective outpatient consultations.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you or a family member are experiencing acute symptoms—including chest pressure, sudden numbness or speech difficulty, severe respiratory distress, compound bone fractures, acute obstetric labor, or active trauma—immediately visit the nearest hospital casualty department or call national emergency services (112 / 108).

33. Telemedicine Practice Standards (2020 Guidelines)

Digital and remote interactions conducted via video or audio strictly follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020:

  • Doctor's Professional Discretion: The attending medical specialist retains full clinical autonomy to determine whether a teleconsultation is appropriate. If a physical examination, palpation, or urgent diagnostic test is required, the doctor may mandate an in-person clinic visit.
  • Prescription Standards: Digital prescriptions conform to Annexure 4 of the guidelines, specifying doctor KMC registration details, generic drug names in CAPITAL letters, dosage, and duration. Prohibited medications (narcotics and Schedule X drugs) will never be prescribed remotely.
  • Patient Identification: Patients must confirm their identity, age, and physical location prior to commencing a digital consultation.

44. Appointment Booking, Rescheduling & Fee Policy

To respect the time of all patients and our consulting specialists:

55. Zero Tolerance for Abuse (Statutory Protection)

Under the Karnataka Medical Service Persons and Medical Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, our doctors, nurses, and clinic administrators are protected by law.

Any act of physical violence, obstruction of clinical duties, verbal intimidation, sexual harassment, or property damage will result in immediate termination of consultation, permanent ban from clinic services, and formal registration of a cognizable police FIR.
